If Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce were here today,
he would be smiling. Irish Coffee '76 is a horse after
his own heart. Bred by Lloyd Mader of the Red Spur
Ranch in Gilroy, California, Irish Coffee '76 was foaled
on July 7, 1976. He was sired by Red Eagle's Spur of
the 1001 and out of Peacocks Chico Chicett by Red Eagle's
Peacock by Red Eagle. Red Eagle was one of the foundation
sires in the Appaloosa Horse Club's registry, and is
dispersed through the pedigree of Irish Coffee '76
on both the top and bottom sides.
